Worker II Cashier

Duties

• Cleans and sanitizes work areas, utensils and equipment
• Cooks, bakes, prepares hot and cold foods for patients, cafeteria and/or special functions
• Serves and stocks all vending machines
• Services and stocks dry goods, paper goods, and refrigerated/frozen storage inventory
• Maintains computer system for diet orders and requests

Job Knowledge

• Must be flexible and able to meet deadlines established
• Must practice basic skills in sanitation and safety
• Must have knowledge of basic food groups
• Must be able to procure products from written recipes
• Ability to locate and use resource materials in diet manuals necessary
