About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Workday Time Tracking Consultant with deep expertise in Workday Time & Absence modules. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in configuration, integrations, and end-to-end implementation/support of Workday Time solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Workday Time Tracking & Absence implementations and support projects
  • Configure Time Tracking, Time Entry Templates, Work Schedules, and Time Off Plans
  • Design and maintain calculated fields, validations, and business processes
  • Handle time-based calculations, overtime rules, and compliance requirements
  • Integrate Workday with Payroll, HCM, and third-party systems
  • Work on Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and APIs for integrations
  • Support data migration, testing (Unit/UAT), and go-live activities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to time tracking
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
  • Provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer

Required Skills

  • 12+ years of overall IT experience
  • Strong hands-on experience in Workday Time Tracking & Absence – Mandatory
  • Experience in end-to-end Workday implementations and support projects
  • Expertise in Business Process Framework (BPF) and security configuration
  • Strong knowledge of calculated fields and reporting
  • Experience in Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors)
  • Good understanding of Payroll integration and compliance rules

Good To Have

  • Workday Certification in Time Tracking / HCM
  • Experience with Workday Payroll or Absence Management
  • Exposure to global time tracking requirements
