Job Title: Workday Time Tracking Consultant (Senior) Location: California, USA (Onsite) Experience: 12+ Years Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Workday Time Tracking Consultant with deep expertise in Workday Time & Absence modules. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in configuration, integrations, and end-to-end implementation/support of Workday Time solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage Workday Time Tracking & Absence implementations and support projectsConfigure Time Tracking, Time Entry Templates, Work Schedules, and Time Off PlansDesign and maintain calculated fields, validations, and business processesHandle time-based calculations, overtime rules, and compliance requirementsIntegrate Workday with Payroll, HCM, and third-party systemsWork on Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and APIs for integrationsSupport data migration, testing (Unit/UAT), and go-live activitiesTroubleshoot and resolve production issues related to time trackingCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirementsProvide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer Required Skills 12+ years of overall IT experienceStrong hands-on experience in Workday Time Tracking & Absence – MandatoryExperience in end-to-end Workday implementations and support projectsExpertise in Business Process Framework (BPF) and security configurationStrong knowledge of calculated fields and reportingExperience in Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors)Good understanding of Payroll integration and compliance rules Good To Have Workday Certification in Time Tracking / HCMExperience with Workday Payroll or Absence ManagementExposure to global time tracking requirements Skills: bpf,absence,eib,time tracking,payroll,hcm,studio,payroll integration,workday
