Workday Time Tracking & Absence Senior Lead Consultant

For our client, we are seeking a Workday Time Tracking & Absence Senior Lead Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead implementation workstreams focused on time tracking and absence solutions, helping clients translate business requirements into effective system configurations. You will partner closely with customer stakeholders and internal delivery teams to create tailored solutions, support sales efforts with delivery estimates, and strengthen project execution through mentoring and process improvement. The position is well suited to a consultative professional who can build trusted client relationships, guide junior team members, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality HR technology implementations.
