Workday Time Tracking and Absence - Sr Manager

About the role

Serve in an outward-facing, hands-on, and multi-faceted role combining project and engagement management, team leadership and material interaction with clients at both tactical and strategic levels.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements, write functional specifications, conduct tests, troubleshoot issues, and interface with business users
• Owning project workstreams with little to no supervision
• Solve complex problems creatively with strong critical thinking
• Implement impactful recommendations through intensive data analysis
• Overall practice development
• Mentor Coachees (when assigned)
• General project/organizational administrative tasks

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users
• 3-5 years of experience owning project workstreams with little to no supervision
• Experience with Time Tracking and Absence management

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills coupled with a functional or technical acumen and hands-on expertise with cloud-based enterprise solutions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with clients

Pay

The estimated base salary range for this job is $130,000 - $190,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel.

Schedule

The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
