Workday Technical Lead on People Solutions

About the role

Seeking an experienced and strategic Lead, People Solutions (Workday Technical Lead/Architect) to serve as the technical owner and architect of the client's Workday platform and People Technology ecosystem. The role is responsible for defining and executing the technical strategy, architecture, governance, security model, integration framework, and operational support model across Workday and related HR technologies. The Lead acts as the organization’s primary subject matter expert and technical authority for Workday Security, Integrations, Data Architecture, and Platform Optimization, partnering closely with HR, Payroll, Talent, Finance, Information Security, Enterprise Architecture, and external service providers to ensure a scalable, secure, compliant, and business‑aligned People Technology landscape.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall technical health, stability, performance, and scalability of the Workday platform, including governance of Workday security and integrations architecture.
