About the role

Deloitte’s Emerging ERP Solutions-Workday teams are market leaders working with clients across industries to deliver transformational solutions optimized for their unique business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project workstreams
  • Identify and document business requirements
  • Provide functional design, prototyping (including scenario design, flow mapping)
  • Testing, user training, define support procedures
  • Coordination of schedules, creation of documentation and collateral
  • Creation and execution of test / use cases
  • Configuration of Workday software
  • Assist with prioritization and sequencing of the workstream’s efforts
  • Assist project leadership as required

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of consulting or industry experience in Workday SCM/ERP finance domain
  • 2+ years of experience leading SCM workstreams as well as project teams
  • Workday SCM Professional certification or capability to obtain upon joining
  • A minimum of 1 full life cycle Workday SCM implementation
  • Demonstrated knowledge in some combination of the following: Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Order-to-Cash (OTC)
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or 8 years equivalent professional experience
  • Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
  • Ability to work independently, manage small engagements or parts of large engagements
  • Experience as a lead and mentor to junior staff
  • Presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)

Preferred

  • An advanced degree in the area of specialization
  • Functional knowledge around SCM systems and processes

Pay

The wage range for this role is $116,000 to $229,100, taking into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
