Workday Sr. Developer

For our client, we are seeking a Workday Sr. Developer to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a consumer-facing environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $107,036 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Design, build, test, and deploy integrations between Workday and third-party systems Develop and maintain data pipelines and transformations in Workday Prism Analytics Configure Workday business processes and security roles to meet business needs Create and maintain advanced reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer Research and resolve technical issues within the Workday platform Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver projects successfully Participate in Workday's release cycles, including testing and deployment of new features Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent work experience 4+ years of hands-on experience in a Workday Developer or similar role Experience working within CD/CI DevOps environments using tools like BitBucket and Jenkins Strong relational database skills and understanding of database management systems Deep knowledge of Workday HCM and Financial Management modules Benefits Comprehensive health plans including medical, dental, and vision options 401(k) plan with automatic deferrals and company matching contributions Paid Time Off (PTO) that accrues based on tenure, plus company-paid holidays Tuition assistance and professional certification support Complimentary the company membership with perks like roadside assistance Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
