Workday Sr. Developer

About the role

This role supports financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a consumer-facing environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy integrations between Workday and third-party systems
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and transformations in Workday Prism Analytics
• Configure Workday business processes and security roles to meet business needs
• Create and maintain advanced reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer
• Research and resolve technical issues within the Workday platform
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver projects successfully
• Participate in Workday's release cycles, including testing and deployment of new features

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in a Workday Developer or similar role
• Experience working within CD/CI DevOps environments using tools like BitBucket and Jenkins
• Strong relational database skills and understanding of database management systems
• Deep knowledge of Workday HCM and Financial Management modules

Pay

$107,036 – $130,000 annually
