Workday Solutions Developer
About the role
We are seeking a Workday Solutions Developer with broad expertise across Workday configuration, reporting, calculated fields, business process design, and Workday Extend application development. The role spans technical configuration, custom report design, integration support, and lightweight application extension work, helping HR, finance, and IT stakeholders get more value from the Workday platform.
Responsibilities
- Broad expertise across Workday configuration, reporting, calculated fields, business process design, and Workday Extend application development
- Technical configuration of Workday
- Design and implementation of custom reports using Workday Report Writer
- Development of calculated fields for HCM and Finance modules
- Configuration and management of business processes and condition rules
- Workday security framework expertise
- Experience with PRISM Analytics or Workday Extend
- Knowledge of Workday tenant management and release process
- Supporting HR, finance, and IT stakeholders in leveraging Workday
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Five or more years of Workday technical experience
- Deep expertise in Workday report writer including advanced and composite reports
- Strong proficiency with calculated fields across HCM and Finance
- Hands-on experience configuring business processes and condition rules
- Strong understanding of Workday security framework
- Experience with PRISM Analytics or Workday Extend
- Experience with Workday Extend application development
- Familiarity with Workday tenant management and release process
Qualifications
- Preferred qualifications include Workday Pro certifications, experience with Workday Extend application development, familiarity with PRISM data ingestion and modeling, exposure to multi-tenant or multi-region Workday deployments, and experience supporting Workday Payroll or Workday Financials
Skills
- Strong technical skills in Workday
- Advanced knowledge of Workday report writer
- Proficiency with calculated fields
- Experience with business process design and condition rules
- Understanding of Workday security framework
