Location: Onsite in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Workday subject matter expert for Benefits, managing vendor integrations and special projects (e.g., Open Enrollment)
• Support Benefits, Absence, and Payroll areas with process improvements, troubleshooting, and operational support
• Collaborate with vendors, HRIS, and payroll teams to resolve data discrepancies and integration issues
• Assist with system configuration, testing (UAT, vendor testing), and defect management
• Lead continuous improvement projects, improving workflows, integrations, and data security
• Maintain documentation for processes, requirements, technical specs, and projects
• Generate and maintain reports and HR metrics to support business decision-making
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and functional issues within Workday
• Support Workday updates and releases, including testing and educating users on enhancements
• Provide training and guidance to HRIS and other support teams

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years of experience in business systems analysis, solution design, and deployment
• 3+ years of post-implementation Workday configuration/implementation experience
• Knowledge of Workday HCM Core, Benefits, Recruiting, and Absence modules
• Workday functional expertise and familiarity with technical offerings (EIC, Core Connectors, Integrations)
