Workday SCM Manager

About the role
As a Workday Supply Chain Manager, you will collaborate with EERPS-Workday colleagues and client teams on large-scale, full-lifecycle Workday implementation initiatives supporting SCM transformations. You will use Deloitte’s adaptive implementation approach, which emphasizes flexibility, integrated client involvement, and rapid value delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors.
- Build trusted advisor relationships by understanding client business needs and developing strategies to deliver tangible benefits using Workday and Deloitte solutions.
- Oversee multiple workstreams within a project, including guiding individual workstreams, escalating risks/issues, coordinating cross-functional activities, and assisting with project management.
- Ensure deliverables are developed and ready according to plan.
- Lead systems strategy definition, business requirements documentation, fit-gap analysis, as-is/to-be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs), functional configuration, testing, and client user training.
- Develop and maintain relationships with top decision-makers at key clients.
- Collaborate with pursuit teams and lead aspects of proposal development.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of consulting or industry experience.
- 8+ years of SCM ERP project implementations, with a minimum of 4 years of Workday ERP experience.
- Full lifecycle implementation experience on 6+ projects from planning to go-live.
- Bachelor’s degree or 8 years of equivalent professional experience implementing Workday ERP.
- Workday certification or ability to complete relevant certification upon joining.
- Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on client needs.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred Skills
- Functional knowledge of SCM processes and systems, including Procurement and Spend Management (P2P, O2C), Inventory Management, Supplier, and Supply Chain Analytics.
- Demonstrated experience leading systems strategy, business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, business process design, CRPs, configuration, testing, and training in large enterprise environments.
- Advanced degree in a relevant area of specialization.
Pay
The wage range for this role is $144,600 to $265,100, reflecting factors such as skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Compensation decisions depend on individual and organizational performance. You may also be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program.
