About the role
As a Workday Supply Chain Manager, you will team with Emerging ERP Solutions-Workday colleagues and client team members on comprehensive, large enterprise full-lifecycle Workday implementation initiatives supporting SCM transformations. You’ll use Deloitte’s adaptive implementation approach, which emphasizes flexibility, integrated client involvement, and rapid delivery of value.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors.
- Gain trusted advisor status by understanding client business needs and developing strategies to deliver tangible benefits using Workday and Deloitte solutions.
- Oversee multiple workstreams within a project, providing guidance, escalating risks and issues, coordinating cross-functional activities, and assisting with project management.
- Define systems strategy, oversee business requirements collection and documentation, lead fit-gap analysis, design as-is and to-be business processes, conduct conference room pilots (CRPs), functional configuration, testing, and client user training.
- Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; collaborate with pursuit teams and lead aspects of the proposal development process.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of consulting or industry experience.
- 8+ years of SCM ERP project implementations with a minimum of 4 years of Workday ERP experience.
- Full lifecycle implementation experience on 6 or more projects from planning to go-live.
- Bachelor’s degree or 8 years of equivalent professional experience implementing Workday ERP.
- Workday certification or ability to complete relevant Workday certification upon joining.
- Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on client needs.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred Qualifications
- Functional knowledge of SCM processes and systems, including Procurement and Spend Management (P2P, O2C), Inventory Management, Supplier, and Supply Chain Analytics.
- Demonstrated experience leading systems strategy, business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, business process design, CRPs, functional configuration, testing, and client user training in large enterprise environments.
- Advanced degree in a related area of specialization.
Pay
The wage range for this role is $144,600 to $265,100. A reasonable estimate of the current range is provided, though compensation decisions depend on individual and organizational factors. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program based on performance.
