About the role
Our client, a leading cutting-edge enterprise organization, is seeking a Senior Workday Reporting Consultant to support the design, development, and enhancement of Workday reporting and analytics capabilities across Finance and Accounting functions. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytics while ensuring data accuracy, governance, and meaningful business insights.
Responsibilities

- Conduct large‑scale data analysis and reporting

Requirements
- 4+ years of Workday Reporting experience
- Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Report development
- Workday Prism Analytics experience
- Workday Financial reporting experience
- Workday Report Writer and Calculated Fields proficiency
- Dashboard and executive reporting development
- Large‑scale data analysis and reporting
- Requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement
Skills
- 4+ years of Workday Reporting experience
- Experience building Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Reports
- Hands‑on Workday Prism Analytics experience
- Experience supporting Workday Financials reporting
- Strong financial reporting and analytics background
- Experience creating dashboards and executive reporting
- Requirements gathering and stakeholder management
- Large dataset analysis across multiple data sources
- Workday Security and reporting governance knowledge
- Workday Adaptive Planning Experience (preferred)
