For our client, a leader in the Business Services space, we are seeking a Workday Record-to-Report Managing Consultant to strengthen forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes that guide business decisions. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Deliver Workday Financial solutions to enhance client decision making
- Lead Financial Accounting, Budget, and Banking tasks on projects
- Facilitate design sessions and capture client requirements
- Document, configure, and support testing for project implementations
- Collaborate with project leadership to address challenges and improve processes
- Engage in business development activities as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of relevant Workday FIN experience
- Experience executing ERP projects within a structured methodology
- Proficient in Workday reporting
- Availability for up to 50% travel, both local and non-local
