Responsibilities
- Lead an assigned client group, building relationships and understanding business needs
- Translate stakeholder requirements into Workday configurations and process solutions
- Lead and support end-to-end Workday initiatives, from enhancements to post-go-live support
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Finance, IT, and vendors to improve efficiency and user experience
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance Workday self-service
- Facilitate requirements sessions, design workshops, and user acceptance testing
- Monitor Workday updates and recommend new functionalities for future technology enhancements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- PREFERRED: Workday certifications in Core HCM, Benefits, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence, Advanced Compensation, Reporting, Integrations, or Talent
- 5-8 years of hands-on Workday implementation, configuration, optimization, and support experience
- Experience working directly with client groups or HR functions to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Demonstrated ability to deliver Workday projects on time while managing multiple priorities
