Workday Production Support Consultant
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Workday Production Support Engineer to provide L2L3 support for Workday HCM Payroll Benefits Talent Recruiting Time Tracking and related modules. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring Workday integrations, resolving production issues, supporting business users, troubleshooting incidents, and ensuring seamless operation of Workday applications in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2L3 production support for Workday applications and integrations
- Maintain and resolve Workday incidents, service requests, and system issues within SLA timelines
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration failures involving EIB Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and third-party systems
- Support Workday HCM Payroll Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Time Tracking, and Absence Management modules
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures
- Manage Workday security roles, domains, and user access requests
- Cook up with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to resolve functional issues
- Support Workday releases, enhancements, testing, and deployment activities
- Create and maintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles
- Participate in change, incident, and problem management processes
- Provide oncall support for critical production issues
