Workday Payroll Senior Consultant

About the role

This role will lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Business Services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, test, and implement business requirements in Workday Payroll module(s)
• Conduct sessions with clients to gather and analyze business requirements
• Assist clients in testing and provide documentation and knowledge transfer
• Troubleshoot processes and configuration issues as needed
• Collaborate effectively on team projects and share innovative solutions
• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously while meeting timelines
• Support the organization’s knowledge management initiatives

Requirements

• 2+ years' experience leading Workday implementations or supporting Post Production services
• Experience configuring Workday Payroll and Security, developing reports and dashboards
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in a remote setting
• Some consulting experience, including documentation and stakeholder communication
• Proven ability to manage complex solutions under tight deadlines and competing priorities
• A strong commitment to client satisfaction and relationship-building
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills with minimal supervision

Pay

$100,000 – $120,000 annually
