The Workday Payroll Administrator is responsible for the accurate, timely, and compliant execution of payroll operations in a fast-paced, high-volume, multi-state environment. This role delivers exceptional customer service to employees, agency partners, and internal stakeholders while ensuring operational excellence. Working within established procedures, this position plays a critical role in payroll processing, auditing, reporting, system enhancements, and process improvements. The Payroll Administrator serves as a key subject matter resource and collaborates cross-functionally with HR, Accounting, HRIS, and Payroll leadership to support a seamless payroll experience and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze timecard data, perform audits, and assist with corrections
- Process payroll transactions accurately and timely across multiple states and entities
- Prepare, load, and validate EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) data within Workday
- Execute bi-weekly payroll processing for 2,000+ employees,
