Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking (PATTS) Lead

For our client, a leader in the Business Services space, we are seeking a Workday Payroll Absence And Time Tracking (PATTS) Lead to drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. This remote, US-based role offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Workday HCM solutions for better business decision-making
• Lead projects on payroll, absence, time tracking, and scheduling
• Facilitate design sessions and document client requirements
• Provide configuration, testing, and post-production support
• Promote a culture of constant innovation within the team
• Communicate project challenges and suggest process improvements
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of Workday implementation experience, or a Master’s degree with three years’ experience, or nine years of experience without a degree
• Engaged in at least two full Workday payroll implementations
• Current Workday Pro Partner Certification in Payroll, Time Tracking, or Absence
• Ability to travel up to 50%, balancing remote work and on-site consultations

$118,000 – $196,000 annually
