for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. The posting includes Overview, Duties & Responsibilities (multiple sub-sections), Education, Experience And Skills, Compensation range, Work Location, Direct Supervisor, etc. We need to map to appropriate headings. We should not include cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. There's none. We need to preserve all substantive info. Use
for prose,
- for lists.
We need to decide sections: maybe "Overview", "Responsibilities", "Qualifications", "Skills", "Pay". The posting includes "Education, Experience And Skills" which can be split into Qualifications and Skills. Also "Compensation range". Also maybe "Work Location" and "Direct Supervisor" could be minor metadata folded into a short
or dropped. The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. So we can include Work Location and Direct Supervisor in a short paragraph under Overview or separate small paragraph. We must not create sections for Benefits or Schedule unless present. Not present. We need to include Pay section because compensation range is given. We need to include Overview section (the initial overview paragraph). Use
Overview
then... maybe combine location and supervisor in same paragraph. Responsibilities: we have many duties broken into sub-sections: Workday HCM Design & Configuration, Data Migration & Data Management, HR, Benefits & Workforce Management Analysis, Stakeholder Engagement & Project Support, Workday Platform Support & Administration. We can combine into a single Responsibilities section with
- each duty? Or we could keep subheadings? The instruction only mentions using
for section headings, not subheadings. So we should not create additional headings beyond the main sections. So we can put all responsibilities as list items. Qualifications: Education, Experience And Skills includes education, experience, skills. Could split into Qualifications (education + experience) and Skills (technical). But we can also combine into Qualifications section with list. Skills: maybe separate Skills section for technical proficiencies. Pay: include compensation range.
