Workday Managing Functional Consultant

About the role

We're passionate about helping our clients succeed. As a Workday Managing Functional Consultant (HCM), you'll play a key role in deploying Workday solutions, working closely with clients to resolve issues and implement new features.

Responsibilities

• Advise, design, configure, document, and test Workday solutions to meet client needs within timeframes.
• Collaborate with clients to research, troubleshoot, and resolve configuration issues or new functionality.
• Analyze, develop, implement, and document complex Workday requirements and processes.
• Manage incoming case queues and resolve customer cases efficiently.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and escalating issues as necessary.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer on Workday solutions through sessions, job aids, and other materials.
• Analyze and recommend process improvements, best practices, and system enhancements.
• Lead or participate in data requirements/design sessions, data conversion, proof-of-concept, data analysis, audit compliance, testing, end-user and training.
• Think creatively to solve complex business problems and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• 3-5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Workday in 2-4 environments.
• At least 2-4 years of Workday implementation experience.
