Workday Integrations Architect - Senior Director

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cloud-based enterprise system implementations
• Oversee complex systems integrations and data conversions
• Direct end-to-end technical work-streams
• Facilitate team management and development
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning
• Ensure technical documentation and communication processes are maintained
• Provide problem-solving and decision-making support throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a technical lead or architect for cloud-based enterprise systems
• 6+ years in systems integration, data conversions, and technical project ownership
• Experience managing a team is essential
• Proficiency in using Studio is required
• Experience with Orchestrate is a plus
• Strong program planning and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, especially with executive leadership
