Workday Integrations Architect - Senior Director

Qualifications

1. 10+ years of experience operating as a technical lead and/or architect on cloud-based enterprise system implementations
2. 6+ years of experience with complex systems integrations, data conversions, and end-to-end technical work-stream ownership
3. Must have experience managing a team
4. Must have experience using Studio
5. Having experience with Orchestrate is a plus!
6. Able to manage and support program planning efforts
7. Proven leadership, organizational, decision-making, problem solving, analytical, and technical skills
8. Ability to collaborate with executive leadership
9. Excellent written/oral communication skills, presentation skills, technical documentation skills, user liaison skills, and personal interaction abilities
10. Resilient, agile, and able to work in dynamic environment and under pressure
11. Experience in a lead or supervisory role
12. Experience in the HR, financial, operational or research administration areas of a university, hospital or academic medical center
