Job Description
The Workday Integrations and Reporting Lead will own and scale our Workday integration, reporting, and analytics capabilities as we continue to build and optimize our people systems environment as an independent company.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of Workday HCM experience, with focus specifically on integrations and/or reporting
- Hands-on expertise with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST), XSLT
- Strong background in Workday report writer, calculated fields, and BIRT/RaaS
- Understanding of Workday security model as it relates to integrations and reporting
- Strong Sdata analysis skills
- Excellent stakeholder communication and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday Pro certification (Integrations and/or Reporting) preferred
- Experience with Workday Prism Analytics and Power BI a plus
- Experience with Workday Extend
- Background in HR/business processes
- Experience leading a team or serving as a technical lead on Workday projects
Pay
Salary Range: $118.9K - $172.2K USD
