Workday Integrations and Extend Lead

As a Technical Manager, you will perform a wide range of functions, including working with Huron and client team members and leading the implementation life cycle (planning, configuration, design, build, conversion, training, go-live, and post-production support). This highly dynamic position offers considerable visibility and the opportunity to develop your skills while stepping up to new challenges.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation life cycle for cloud-based enterprise systems, including planning, configuration, design, build, conversion, training, go-live, and post-production support.
- Collaborate with project teams and client leadership to understand and resolve client problems or barriers; provide technical recommendations aligned with business needs.
- Implement new Workday integrations, inbound and outbound EIBs, and manage Workday Integration enhancements.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, and implement solutions.
- Interact with varying levels of client personnel based on project needs.
- Coach and lead technical staff members.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience as a technical lead and/or architect on cloud-based enterprise system implementations.
- 2-3 years of experience with complex systems integrations, data conversions, and end-to-end technical work-stream ownership.
- Experience managing a team.
- Experience using Studio and Extend; experience with Orchestrate is a plus.
- Deep expertise in one or more technical areas of cloud-based ERP, EPM, CRM, or Data Management solutions.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Pay
The estimated base salary range for this job is $145,000 - $170,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the salary Huron reasonably expects to pay at the time of posting. Actual salary will vary based on skills, certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This role is also eligible for Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, with a total estimated compensation range of $174,000 - $204,000, inclusive of the incentive opportunity.
