Workday Integration & Support Engineer

Location: 100% Remote Must work EST hours Must have LinkedIn profile Position Overview ACS is looking for a Workday Integration & Support Engineer to support and enhance Workday HCM, Financials, Payroll, Planning, and related enterprise systems. The role will focus on integrations, production support, reporting, troubleshooting, data validation, and system enhancements while collaborating with Finance, HR, IT, Payroll, vendors, and implementation partners. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS, Workday Studio, Orchestrate, PECI, PICOF, WECI, REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, XML, XSLT, and XPath.Provide production support, troubleshoot incidents/integration failures, perform root-cause analysis, and document resolutions.Support testing, migrations, release validation, change control, and production deployments.Maintain and troubleshoot Workday reports, calculated fields, security, business processes, and data extracts.Support data mapping, conversion, reconciliation, validation, and downstream system integrations.Partner with technical and business teams to translate requirements into practical solutions.Maintain technical documentation, support procedures, knowledge articles, and decision logs. Required Skills 3+ years of Workday production support experience.Strong experience with Workday integrations, reporting, calculated fields, security, business processes, and data validation.Hands-on experience with EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS, Workday Studio, REST/SOAP, SFTP, XML, XSLT, and XPath.Strong troubleshooting, RCA, documentation, deployment, and change-management skills.Experience with ITIL/ITSM support processes.Knowledge of MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar integration platforms is a plus. Preferred Workday Integration or ITIL Foundation certification.Experience with Workday implementations, data conversion, post-go-live stabilization, or major enhancements.Experience with PeopleSoft, Atlassian, MuleSoft/Boomi, or external implementation partners.
