Workday HRIS Specialist - PATT & Reporting

For our client, we are seeking a Workday HRIS Specialist - PATT & Reporting to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will support core HRIS operations with a strong focus on payroll-related system configuration, time tracking, absence management, and reporting within a complex HR environment. The specialist will partner closely with HR, payroll, and other stakeholders to maintain system integrity, resolve issues, and improve operational effectiveness. This position also plays a key role in ensuring accurate data management, compliance, and continued enhancement of HR technology processes. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Configure, maintain, and optimize HRIS payroll, absence, and time tracking modules Support the design, testing, deployment, and enhancement of HRIS functionality Troubleshoot system issues and resolve defects in partnership with stakeholders Serve as a subject matter expert for payroll and time tracking processes Ensure payroll compliance through accurate system configuration Develop and maintain HRIS reports and dashboards Manage EIB uploads and maintain system data tables Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field 5+ years of HRIS experience, including 3 years focused on system configuration Proficiency in payroll, absence, and time tracking modules Experience building reports and dashboards Understanding of HRIS architecture and data structures Benefits Comprehensive medical and dental coverage 401(k) retirement plan Potential for annual performance-based bonuses Support for ongoing training and professional development Flexible work arrangements Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
