About the role
The Workday HRIS Digital Experience Analyst owns and optimizes the digital HR knowledge experience within Workday, ensuring employees, managers, and HR teams have access to accurate, searchable, and user-friendly self-service content. This role drives Workday Help knowledge management, improves self-service adoption, reduces HR support cases through effective content strategy, and partners across HR, Communications, and Technology to enhance the overall employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Create, publish, maintain, review, and retire Workday Help knowledge articles.
- Establish content governance standards, review cycles, and quality controls to ensure content accuracy and compliance.
- Partner with HR Shared Services, HR Centers of Excellence, HRIS, Communications, and Technology teams to develop and continuously improve knowledge content.
- Manage knowledge categorization, metadata, tagging, search optimization, and audience targeting to improve discoverability.
- Analyze knowledge usage, search behavior, user feedback, and content effectiveness to improve self-service adoption and case deflection.
- Identify opportunities to simplify HR processes through knowledge management, automation, guidance, and digital self-service capabilities.
- Support change management initiatives that promote employee adoption of Workday self-service resources.
- Coordinate translation and localization efforts for global knowledge content where applicable.
- Ensure all knowledge articles align with HR policies, business processes, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Experience configuring Workday Human Capital Management (HCM).
- Experience configuring Workday Help.
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations, HR technology, knowledge management, digital experience, or HR communications.
