Workday Financials Sr Consultant

The Emerging ERP Solutions practice at Deloitte specializes in delivering cloud-based ERP applications such as Workday Financials and Infor to transform finance and supply-chain processes. Responsibilities
- Lead project workstreams
- Identify and document business requirements
- Provide functional design, prototyping (including scenario design, flow mapping)
- Test and user training
- Define support procedures
- Coordination of schedules
- Create documentation and collateral
- Create and execute test/use cases
- Configure Workday software
- Assist with prioritization and sequencing of workstream efforts
- Assist project leadership as required
Qualifications
- 5+ years of consulting or industry experience in Workday Financials/ERP finance domain
- 2+ years of experience leading Financials workstreams as well as project teams
- Workday Financials Professional certification or ability to obtain upon joining
- Minimum of 1 full life cycle Workday Financial implementation
- Demonstrated knowledge in Record to Report, Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Order-to-Cash (OTC)
- Ability to travel 50% on average based on work and client needs
- Bachelor's Degree or 8 years equivalent professional experience
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- PREFERRED: Advanced degree in the area of specialization, functional knowledge around financial systems and processes, experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines, ability to work independently, manage small engagements or parts of large engagements, experience as a lead and mentor to junior staff, presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
Benefits
Deloitte offers a competitive salary range, with a reasonable estimate of $116,000 to $229,100. Additionally, there is a discretionary annual incentive program based on individual and organizational performance.
Pay
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
