Responsibilities
- Deliver Workday Financial solutions to help organizations make informed business decisions
- Serve as a hands-on Financials Solution Architect on multiple projects to streamline client processes
- Facilitate design sessions, capture client requirements, and provide creative configurations
- Document project progress, assist with testing, and support go-live and post-production activities
- Collaborate with project leadership to identify process challenges and potential improvements
- Participate in team culture that fosters continuous innovation and consultative work
- Support sales cycle activities to help secure new business opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of Workday Financial implementation experience, or Master's degree with 5+ years, or 11+ years of experience without a degree
- Workday certification with expertise in at least two Workday Financial pillars
- Experience executing projects within a structured methodology
- Experience in an ERP software sales cycle, including RFx responses and presentations
- Willingness to travel up to 50% while balancing remote and on-site work schedules
Pay
$135,000 – $225,000 annually
