Job Overview
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day production support for Workday Financials modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Expenses, Fixed Assets).
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, defects, and user-reported incidents within defined SLAs.
- Maintain and support integrations between Workday and external systems.
- Perform impact analysis for system updates, releases, and patches.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand issues and provide effective solutions.
- Manage and support integrations between Workday and external systems.
- Participate in Workday releases (bi-annual) including testing, validation, and deployment.
- Create and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and issue resolutions.
- Support audit activities and ensure compliance with financial controls and policies.
- Provide end-user support, training, and knowledge transfer as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Financials.
- Strong functional knowledge of core financial modules.
- Experience in production support or application support environments.
- Familiarity with Workday business process frameworks and security.
- Experience with Workday reporting (e.g., standard reports, custom reports, dashboards).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Pay
The compensation for this role includes a salary range of $95,000-$173,000. For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus. Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms.
