Delivery Consultant, Workday Financial AMS Support
Work You’ll Do
- Be responsible for intake of tickets (questions, issues, inquiries) for Accounting module
- Triage and resolve any issues or errors for end users in Workday Accounting module
- Be responsible for post production support and system administration around improvements and change requests
- Provide knowledge transfer and end user documentation
- Able to work independently and collaborate as part of a team

- Bachelor’s degree
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to obtain and maintain required Workday certification(s) necessary for the role
- 2+ years of experience in Workday Financials Accounting to include the following:
- Understanding of Workday Accounting concepts
- Experience with intake through resolution for Workday Finance and Procurement support requests
- Experience working on triage, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and incident management
- Client facing operational support
- Hybrid Work Model: Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg)
- Co-location Expectation: Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Delivery Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project location
- Travel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes
- Relocation Requirement: If relocation is necessary, complete the move within 12 weeks from the start date to reside within a commutable distance
