Responsibilities
- Act as the program executive and trusted advisor for Higher Education Workday engagements at R1 institutions
- Establish and nurture relationships with senior executives like CIOs and CFOs
- Align project goals with institutional strategies by partnering with senior client stakeholders
- Anticipate and resolve complex client challenges, driving operational improvements
- Lead executive-level steering committees and strategic discussions
- Manage large-scale Workday implementation delivery while ensuring adherence to budget and quality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field such as Business or Higher Education Administration
- 10+ years in consulting, IT, enterprise software, or digital transformation leadership
- Experience with complex enterprise application implementations, particularly in the higher education sector
- Proficiency in managing relationships with executive stakeholders, particularly in C-suite roles
- Prior experience with Workday implementations or within the Workday ecosystem
- Strong financial acumen including forecasting and budgeting responsibilities
