Responsibilities

  • Act as the program executive and trusted advisor for Higher Education Workday engagements at R1 institutions
  • Establish and nurture relationships with senior executives like CIOs and CFOs
  • Align project goals with institutional strategies by partnering with senior client stakeholders
  • Anticipate and resolve complex client challenges, driving operational improvements
  • Lead executive-level steering committees and strategic discussions
  • Manage large-scale Workday implementation delivery while ensuring adherence to budget and quality standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field such as Business or Higher Education Administration
  • 10+ years in consulting, IT, enterprise software, or digital transformation leadership
  • Experience with complex enterprise application implementations, particularly in the higher education sector
  • Proficiency in managing relationships with executive stakeholders, particularly in C-suite roles
  • Prior experience with Workday implementations or within the Workday ecosystem
  • Strong financial acumen including forecasting and budgeting responsibilities
