This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a Business Services environment.
Location: New York, NY – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the program executive and trusted advisor for Higher Education Workday engagements
- Build and maintain relationships with c-suite executives such as CIOs and CFOs
- Lead executive steering committees and governance discussions
- Serve as the senior escalation point for complex engagement issues
- Guide delivery teams through risk mitigation and issue resolution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Higher Education Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in consulting, information technology, enterprise software, or digital transformation leadership
- 10+ years of experience leading complex enterprise application implementations and transformation programs
- Prior Workday implementation or ecosystem experience is required
- Experience serving Higher Education institutions, including colleges and universities
Pay
$215,000 – $275,000 annually
