Responsibilities

  • Audit and optimize Workday Recruiting processes and workflows.
  • Increase recruiter efficiency by reducing manual, administrative tasks.
  • Streamline requisition approvals, candidate movement, and recruiting operations.
  • Improve interview scheduling processes and overall hiring team experience.
  • Build impactful dashboards and reporting around key metrics like time-to-fill, recruiter capacity, and offer acceptance rates.
  • Identify automation and AI opportunities to enhance recruiting outcomes.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, HRIS, HR Operations, and business leaders to implement best practices.
  • Develop a roadmap for long-term recruiting process excellence and Workday optimization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Workday Recruiting Module experience.
  • Proven success optimizing recruiting processes, workflows, and business processes.
  • Strong expertise in Workday reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Experience driving automation, process improvements, and operational efficiencies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and project execution skills.
  • Ability to identify root causes and implement scalable solutions.

Qualifications

  • Workday Recruiting Certification preferred.
  • Experience supporting global recruiting organizations.
  • Experience with GEM, LinkedIn Recruiter, or other recruiting technologies.
  • Familiarity with AI, automation, and Talent Acquisition best practices.
  • Technology or semiconductor industry experience is a plus.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
