Workday Contract Accountant

About the Role

This is a consulting engagement with a health and human services organization in Manchester, New Hampshire. The client is highly motivated to hire and seeks a candidate who can start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Workday software is an essential component of this job.
• Assist with the month-end close and perform adjusting journal entries for a variety of departments.
• Perform accounting and audit work in support of corporate.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
• General ledger maintenance, assist with production and analysis of financial statements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Recent experience with Workday and advanced Excel skills.
• Recent experience as a Staff Accountant, Audit, or Tax professional.
