Your Mission

Your Mission As the Lead Workday HRIS Analyst, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of the core Workday HRIS/HCM system. You will manage a team of HRIS professionals and collaborate with business leaders to drive the continuous enhancement of Workday functionality, ensuring the system supports business processes and operational growth.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Lead a team of HRIS professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure optimal performance and development.
  • Oversee the management and resolution of queries and transactions related to core HR processes across all HR systems, including Workday and timekeeping systems.
  • Direct the recommendation, implementation, and optimization of Workday functionality, including system configuration, project planning, and issue resolution.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure success.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for Workday system administration and optimization, aligning team efforts with broader organizational goals.
  • Ensure that all work streams across HR (payroll, compensation, recruiting, onboarding, time tracking, leave of absence, benefits) are cohesive and that cross-functional impacts are addressed.
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in HR systems and provide strategic guidance in the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of HR systems.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related area, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including advanced report writing and data analysis.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional projects, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Extensive experience with SDLC Project methodologies, including data mapping, writing test plans, and managing testing processes.
  • Proficiency in Workday, strong understanding of payroll processes, data management, and reporting.
  • Ability to analyze complex payroll issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions.
  • Experience in managing payroll projects, including scoping, planning, and execution.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Workday Payroll Certification, a plus.
  • Familiarity with payroll regulations and compliance requirements in multiple regions, a plus.
