About the role

This individual will be part of a team of advisory professionals focused on cloud-based data-reporting operations that integrate and optimize the essential corporate functions of finance, analytics, planning and HR. The enterprise data-reporting software of Workday is a critical component of many of the cloud solutions we design.

Responsibilities

  • Architect the entire Recruiting/Paradox solution to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross-functional impacts are considered and mitigated
  • Architect the end-to-end Talent Acquisition and Recruiting solution across Workday Recruiting, Paradox, HiredScore, and related upstream/downstream touchpoints to ensure all workstreams are cohesive and cross-functional impacts are identified, managed, and mitigated
  • Manage teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures
  • Formulate planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting strategies
  • Arcitect statements of work and/or client proposals
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Lead workshops for client education
  • Manage resources and budget on client projects
  • Serve as the escalation point for critical functional issue resolution
  • Provide subject matter expertise to aid in decision making related to the functional solution
  • Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements
  • Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices
  • Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies
  • Provide the Delivery Lead with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project status
  • Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives
  • Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday best practices
  • Support innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods and assets

Qualifications

  • Workday HCM and Recruiting certification
  • Minimum of 5 years of consulting or client-side experience, most recently in a Lead or similar level role
  • Minimum of 5 years of Workday Implementations
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on Paradox experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on HiredScore experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience)
  • If Associate’s Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience
  • Bonus points if you have:
    • 10 years of Workday-related implementations
    • Experience in Education or Government Workday implementations

Pay

Annual Salary Range: $73,800 to $218,800
