The Work
- Identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures
- Participate in workshops for client education
- Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements
- Support the team in architecting Workday solutions to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross-functional impacts are considered and mitigated
- Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices
- Demonstrate design options through the use of prototyping
- Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies
Here's what you need
- Minimum of 6 months of configuration experience (functional or technical)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associates degree, must have minimum 6 years of work experience)
- Prior experience implementing Workday with a certified Workday implementer (bonus points)
- 1+ years previous consulting experience or congruent professional experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software company (bonus points)
- 1+ years of experience in HRIS field (bonus points)
- If not already a holder of the relevant Workday Certifications, successful completion of appropriate Workday Certification(s) is a requirement of the role, post hire.
- Self-starter with proven ability to work within a team-oriented environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent change
- Experience with Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
- Proven communication effectiveness with project leadership
What You Need to Know
Primary location is Dallas, TX; Atlanta, GA; Nashville, TN. This role requires to be onsite in local office 3 days per week.
