Responsibilities
- Deliver Workday Adaptive Planning solutions through initial assessments and transformations
- Serve as a hands-on consultant to streamline client processes on assigned projects
- Facilitate Design Sessions and capture client requirements effectively
- Design and configure Adaptive Planning solutions tailored for clients implementing Workday
- Mentor junior consultants while fostering an innovative team culture
- Communicate project challenges and improvement areas to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of Adaptive Planning implementation experience using Workday or other ERPs; OR a Master's degree with 1+ year experience; OR no degree with 7+ years experience
- Experience implementing Adaptive Planning specifically for Workday customers
- Current Adaptive Planning certification from Workday or other ERPs is required
- Willingness to travel up to 50%, while balancing remote work
- Experience working in an End-User Budget Office can substitute for additional experience requirements
