Workday - Adaptive Planning Lead

Responsibilities

• Deliver and configure planning solutions for clients
• Lead client design sessions and capture requirements
• Mentor junior consultants and guide project execution
• Collaborate with project leaders to identify process improvements
• Facilitate an innovative team culture to drive solution development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of planning implementation experience, or equivalent combination; Master's degree and 3-5 years acceptable
• Hands-on implementation experience with enterprise planning software
• Active planning certification or similar ERP certification
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for client projects
• Strong consultative skills and commitment to customer satisfaction
