As part of our Workday Practice, you’ll be part of an energized team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From initial assessments to entire transformations, you’ll deliver Workday Adaptive Planning solutions equipping organizations with the information they need to make better business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Be a hands-on Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant on assigned projects helping to streamline client processes.
- Facilitate Design Sessions, capture client requirements, configure creative solutions, and mentor other junior consultants.
- Design and configure all areas of Adaptive Planning for customers implementing Workday as a solution.
- Participate in an innovative, teaming culture to enable constant innovation.
- Team with project leadership to communicate challenges and improvements to project processes.
- Demonstrate consultative skills and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five (5) years of previous Adaptive Planning implementation experience using Workday or other ERPs; OR a Master's degree with a minimum of three (3) years of previous Adaptive Planning implementation experience using Workday or other ERPs. Years of experience can substitute for a degree, such as no degree with a minimum of nine (9) years of previous Adaptive Planning implementation experience using Workday or other ERP.
- End-User Budget Office experience can substitute for up to two (2) years of Adaptive Planning experience.
- Experience implementing Adaptive Planning for Workday customers.
- Current holder of an active Adaptive Planning certification, Workday, or other ERPs.
- Up to 50% travel balanced with a work-from-home and/or client office schedule; consultants may provide on-site support for key milestones as needed.
Skills
- Experience with the execution of projects within a structured methodology.
- Strong written and oral communication skills (e.g., RFP responses, white papers) and presentation skills such as Workday demonstrations and client presentations.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, focused on Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working in a Budget Department environment with an understanding of the issues facing organizations.
- Proven role in at least three full Adaptive Planning implementations.
- Implementations involving deploying within state or local government (preferred).
- Adaptive Planning Integration Certification or experience configuring integrations with Adaptive Planning.
- Experience in an ERP Software Sales cycle (e.g., RFx responses, orals presentations).
Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $118,000.00 - $196,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
