Workcamper - Maintenance

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.
• Conduct preventative and regular maintenance on resort systems such as pool, plumbing, electrical, appliances, or other systems as required.
• Carry out regular maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Act as point of contact if outside assistance is required.
• Repair machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.
• Provide outstanding customer service to guests, make them feel welcome, and educate them on resort amenities.
• Aid in enforcing policies, regulations, safety and health standards within the resort and inform guests of any violations.
• Assist with other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in maintenance.
• Skilled with various hand and power tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and repair manuals.

Skills

• Excellent customer service skills.

About the Role

The Maintenance Tech assists in the operation of resort buildings and grounds. They use excellent customer service skills and establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and guests of the resort. This role requires a combination of technical skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
