Workato Consultant
About the role
Your Area Of Responsibility will be:
- Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
- Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
- Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
- Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
- Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
- Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer
Responsibilities
- Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
- The ability to handle end-to-end ERP package customization and implementation
- A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks
- A passion for design and hands-on coding experience
- A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience in Workato (recipes, connectors, SDK, event-driven flows)
- Understanding of integration patterns (REST, SOAP, APIs, webhooks, data transformations)
- Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models
- Communication skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders and business users
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, SAP, etc.)

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
- Three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
