Key Responsibilities
- Aid in leading soccer classes for children
- Provide hands-on support to our Head Coaches
- Encourage teamwork, communication, and physical activity in a non-competitive environment
- Use positive reinforcement to celebrate achievements and promote learning
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during the sessions
Requirements
- A genuine love for working with children and helping them grow
- Previous experience in coaching, childcare, or education preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Willingness to learn and follow Super Soccer Stars' philosophy and methodology
- MUST be bilingual (English and Spanish)
