About The Position
The Work Week Manager II is responsible for all activities leading up to the execution of a work week. This position has the authority to coordinate, change, reschedule, or cancel planned maintenance. Two major priorities are maintaining Nuclear and Personnel Safety, and maintaining production capability of the unit.
This position is critical to the successful implementation of cycle plan activities. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the organization in the development, understanding, and execution of the Work Management process using teamwork as the primary aspect to achieve success.
- Communicating with all personnel involved in developing and executing scheduled or emergency work to ensure work execution.
- Ensuring the online schedule is developed with consideration of current and projected plant conditions, developed in compliance with regulatory requirements, designed to minimize safety and risk significant equipment out-of-service time, and developed in accordance with the Cycle Plan.
- Chairing the daily schedule update meetings to ensure work is successfully completed. Chairing T-Week meetings to ensure work is scheduled to minimize risk.
- Facilitating the post-work week critique meeting with the goal to improve the work management process.
- Approving all work additions/deletions for upcoming work weeks.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Six or more years of power plant experience, including four years of relevant nuclear power plant experience, required.
- Prior experience as a licensed operator or operations supervisor (RO/SRO/SRO Cert) preferred.
- Experience coordinating projects or planning and executing work, as well as experience with scheduling software is preferred.
In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Good leadership, decision-making, communication, and human relations' skills.
Security screening required for Callaway Plant access.

Ameren’s selection process includes a series of interviews and may include candidate testing and/or an individual aptitude or skill-based assessment. Specific details will be provided to qualified candidates.
Compensation Range: $111,100.00 - $172,200.00
