About the role
This job posting is for a Guest Experience Leader position at a McDonald’s restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is a separate company and employer from McDonald’s USA. Employment matters such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are handled by the franchisee.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and communicate with them while ordering
- Offer help with using the ordering kiosks
- Offer assistance to those in need of extra hands
- Check with guests once they have their food to ensure satisfaction or to see if they need anything else
- Ensure kids receive a kid treat
- Handle any concerns
- Communicate with the restaurant team to provide feedback and recommendations
Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- An outstanding attitude
- A willingness to learn and grow
- The capability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment
