About the role

Student Union position with Say Yes to Education Cleveland at the Eastern Campus, reporting to the Director, Say Yes Scholars Program. This is an internal recruitment. The department anticipates 10 openings on the East Campus and 10 on the West Campus.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone and take messages
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, copying, and faxing
• Open and sort mail
• Assist with special projects
• Other duties as assigned
• Learn and maintain a working knowledge of service area equipment to assist students with general technical questions (student login, student email, locating campus resources)

Requirements

• Maintain at least 6 credit hours each semester
• Maintain satisfactory academic progress
• Adhere to the College's confidentiality policy
• Successfully pass a background check and drug screening
