Job Summary

About the Role
This role involves assisting students with various tasks related to registration, responding to emails and phone calls, and performing general office duties such as data entry, filing, scanning, and faxing. Success in this position requires attention to detail, following written policies, exercising good judgment, and showing respect and compassion to fellow students and coworkers.
Responsibilities
- Helping students with questions about applying to LCC, adding and dropping classes, submitting forms, and registration policies.
- Responding to incoming messages in the Registration email box.
- Responding to incoming student phone calls.
- Sending student transcripts, enrollment verifications, and other documents.
- Performing general office tasks including data entry, filing, scanning, and faxing.
- Other duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience using Google Workspace apps and other professional computer programs.
- Attention to detail.
- Email etiquette and written communication skills.
- A positive, students-first attitude.
