Work Services DSP - Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Follow and uphold company policies and procedures
• Responsible for completing and staying current in all mandatory trainings
• Promote positive social interactions
• Support individuals in the community, in their job, or at their job (enclaves or facility based)
• Teach skills to expand a person's independence and progress toward goals
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, follows all safety protocols
• Administer medications, support individuals with hygiene, and provide supervision in all settings
• Maintain a positive relationship and adequate communication with each client's home provider, CSM, parents, guardians, and other support
• Provide transportation with a company vehicle for work or community access
• Complete quality control, track client work totals, plan work schedules
• Maintains an advocacy role
• May be assigned to work in other departments or programs
• Any other duties assigned

Qualifications / Physical requirements

• High school diploma and must be at least 18 years of age
• Possess a valid driver's license
• Pass a background check
• Must have a full range of motion, physical strength, and ability to achieve and maintain training and certifications
• Basic computer usage/knowledge

Pay

• $17.50–$19.50/hour

Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours/week (Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm)
• Paid lunch breaks
