Work from home project manager

Responsibilities

• Cook up internal resources and third parties/vendors for the smooth sailing of projects
• Guarantee that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
• Create project scopes and objectives, engaging all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Secure resource availability and allocate them appropriately
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor progress
• Employ appropriate verification methods to handle changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
• Measure project performance using suitable systems, tools, and techniques
• Report and escalate issues to management as necessary
• Handle client and stakeholder relationships and manage their expectations
• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate project risks
• Create and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Requirements

• A great educational background, preferably in computer science or engineering for tech project managers
• Proven experience as a project administrator in the IT sector
• A solid technical background, with either theoretical knowledge or practical experience in software development and web technologies
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
